Michael Dignam,
Chairman of the Board
Michael Dignam serves as President of PAE, a global
company and leading provider of smart power services
to the U.S. government. Prior to taking this role,
Michael served as President of Lockheed Martin's
Readiness & Stability Operations (RSO) organization,
under which PAE operated as a wholly-owned
subsidiary for five years. He led the creation and
development of the RSO line of business, which
focused on enabling the U.S. Government's mission of
"Defense, Diplomacy and Development" and providing
full spectrum smart power logistics to customers
around the world.
Prior to Lockheed Martin's acquisition of PAE,
Michael was the Chief Financial Officer of Lockheed
Martin's Information Technology business unit. He
began his career with General Electric in 1987 as a
member of the GE Financial Management Program, and
he held roles of increasing responsibility as the
Corporation transitioned via industry consolidations
to Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin.
Michael graduated with a Bachelor's of Science
degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton
and serves on the Board of several joint ventures
within PAE. He was appointed Chairman of the Board
for the Corporate Council on Africa in October 2009.
