Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A written
cancellation received on or before October 31, 2008 will be
eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received on November
1, 2008 will not be eligible for any refunds; however,
registrations may be transferred to other qualified
individuals upon written request before November 14, 2008.
Transfer requests received after that date will not be
honored.
Payment policy
Pre-registration closes on November 14, 2008. Payment includes
all scheduled meal functions, refreshments, receptions and
registration/forum materials.
Terms of payment
Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment. Your
conference registration is not guaranteed until payment has
been received and confirmed.
